nudityandnerdery: techsgtjenn: #that looks like tiramisu. that’s tiramisu isn’t it. OH MY GOD. I would say that, yes, that is tiramisu. Coffin-shaped tiramisu with cocoa powder bat and moon plate art. The drops of blood are likely raspberry coulis. There are excess dark chocolate layers within the dessert itself, but I believe this is from a Japanese dessert magazine and Japanese pastry chefs tend to use layers of cake to divide their tiramisus rather than the traditional soaked ladyfinger cookies. #Jenn talks too much about pastry on a Monday morning Okay, first off, you can’t talk too much about pastry.
